Our corporate experience is extensive and includes performances for company dinner dances, Christmas parties, product launches of major corporations.  We are specialists at award presentation nights and customised themed events.

Jeremy LaBrooy


Jeremy is the man behind Rapture in more ways than one! He drives the groove on the electric bass with his rocking back-line rhythm section musicans. His wealth of knowledge in making events exceed our clients expectations is his specialty!

Jeremy played bass in the Australian productions of Billy Elliot at Her Majesty’s theatre in 2008 – 2009 followed by Mamma Mia in 2010 and Hairspray The Musical in 2011. He also played bass (deputy) in the theatre bands of Grease The Musical 2014 and Dirty Dancing 2015 and has been a freelance bass player in Melbourne for over 25 years.

He has written an instructional electric bass book and DVD which was released worldwide in September 2009.

A live telecast from the Princess Theatre of The Hairspray cast & band performing on Hey Hey Its Saturday. In this video clip, Jeremy is on a Fender Jazz 5 string bass playing live with the Hairspray band.

The finale and hit song of Hairspray, ‘You Can’t Stop The Beat’ was performed and recorded live for Hey Hey, It’s Saturday.

Candice Taylor


Candy  knows exactly where to hit the sweet spot when it comes to entertaining and making an event a party as the lead female vocalist of Rapture. Years of experience as a professional actor and singer have seen her perform all over Australia and overseas.

Her high energy performance constantly captivates audiences and her warm, fun personality is infectious. Being one that doesn’t like to miss a party, don’t be surprised if you see her on dance floor with the guests sharing the microphone!

In the video clip, Candice sings the Australian national anthem at the Boxing Day Test match at the MCG in front of a huge crowd of over 50,000 cricket fans including the Prime Minister of Australia.
